My Mom woke up one morning and found her Beardie dead. This was at her house, and I do not live with her.
She had the temps at 95 degrees on the warm side, and 85 degrees on the cool side.
There was one basking spot, and one large hide.
She gave her baths every other week. (I just found out it should be multiple times a week).
There was one large water dish.
She fed her greens multiple times a week, and superworms twice a week. Crickets once in a while also.
The beardie was 4 years old. She brought her to a Beardie breeder and owner about a week before, and he said the beardie looked in perfect health.

What could have happend?

Tell your Mom that I'm sorry for her loss.

As to what was wrong, it could be a number of things. The basking temp was too low which could lead to problems down the road. It could of been organ failure from long term dehydration. That one would creep up on you. The dragon would seem healthy and then go down hill fast. Maybe it was the kidneys or liver?
