Depends what traits you are working with.
For line-bred traits, as mentioned above (SHTCT, etc.), it depends how strong the line is. For the most part, yes, the offspring will look the same, but there could be some variation. The longer the line has been bred for that look, the more consistent the look of the offspring.
For recessive traits (albino, Eclipse, etc.), you'll always get the same trait if both parents show the trait (albino x albino always produces albinos).
For dominant traits, you can have offspring with and without the trait. W/Y x W/Y could produce W/Y and normal offspring. Same for incomplete dominant. For example, Mack Snow x Mack Snow produces Mack Snows, normals, and Super Snows.
