Behavior Question

Hi Everyone,

A couple days ago my gecko decided to bit her plants in her cage and also lately she has been digging by the plant. She also is looking out on the sides and trying to attack something outside of the tank and ends up hitting her head on the tank for a while. I'm worried that she will hurt herself and if this is normal.

The digging around your plant may mean she getting reafy to lay eggs. Has she been with a male? If so give her a humid hide with peat moss or ecoearth so she can lay. The head banging might just be "glass dancing" If she standing on her rear legs and doing this thats probably what it is. You do have to keep an eye on her snout just to make sure she doesn't bruise it. The glass dancing isn't more of an issue other than she wants to go explore.
