It is best to try to use a variet of foods. You can use crickets, mealworms, superworms, silkworms, roaches, maybe some waxworms. Make sure they are all gutloaded very well. Some people also feed their breeding females a pinkie or two. You need them to be fat so they can handle carrying those eggs. You can get them from petstores or many online stores.
