best incubator heating element

Between Thermoelectric and Heat Tape like this http://www.bigappleherp.com/Flex-Watt-Heat-Tape which work best as a heating element

We prefer bulbs in our incubators. Incandescents in ceramic keyless sockets. 25-45 watts, 2-3 bulbs per 4x2x2ft incubator boxes.

I like the positive visual cue that bulbs provide to let me know that things are working correctly.

It seems to me that flex watt has proved itself to be a very good heat source for many different applications. I don't believe the source of the heat is as important as the thermostat and placement of the egg cups.
