Today in my lfs/lrs (local fish store/local reptile store) I cam across an intesting gecko simply labeled as Bibron's Gecko (scientific name Pachydactylus bibroni ) . It was roughly 5 inches in length was clinging to the ceiling of the cage and looked very awesome.

After doing some reasearch I have still found very little on these guys. Does anyone have any info/experience for me?

Also is this gecko considered rare in the trade and should I snag him up?

Please respond ASAP for i dont want someone else to get him before I deliberate.

Thanks

I had a friend who used to have one, not sure anymore as this was back in highschool and i havent talked to him in years, it wasnt very friendly, they like to be alone from what ive seen. All he ever gave it was crickets, and it was pretty fat. He kept it in a huge octagon shaped cage that was about 4 feet tall. i think he needed more hiding spots because it always stayed in a fake log thing he had for it.

A quick google search gave me a general care sheet with some facts. Click here!
