the fossles of the largest snake ever to live were just found in northern columbia. it was called the titan aboa. it was closest related to the boa constrictor but acted like the anaconda more than anything else i.e. sitting and waiting in the water. over 45' long and more than 2500 lbs. just thought you guys might like to know. i still havent found a good link to it but when i do i will post it.
