black bulbs

i posted another thread recent regarding nighttime bulbs. This is a similar question but ill ask it anyways. Is there a difference between black bulbs i can get from the hardware store and those of the pet stores? I think the Exo Terra moonlight bulb to be specific.

Nope, no difference. But honestly, those black night glo bulbs are pretty cheap in the petstores as well for some reason. The ones I use I've never paid more than 3.99 for in any pet store. I have a couple of times bought the ones from hardware stores as well.
