Black (Devil) Blizzard

Hatched few minutes ago. Incubated for male, so I´m curious about the dark color on this temperature.

Two solid Black Eyes !

Good luck, I hope he stays that dark for you. I dabbled in the midnight blizzards a long time back, but just had such so, so results with offspring that I gave up, the whole incubating temp thing made it so hard to prove out if it was genetics, plus just the mood swings of the blizzard (and they can have a few:p) made their color change light to dark quite often. Of course with your having a few other genetic variants in there it might make things more interesting :) Attaching a couple of pics of a dark one I hatched out and what he ended up as an adult, not quite as impressive as young, but incubating for male at 88 degrees and still getting dark is interesting. What was your incubation temps at for him?

I Incubated him between 31-31.5 C.

There is he in age of 1 year and one week. He is still very dark and got nice yellow on his body. He is in my high-contrast DB project at the moment. (sonn will be for sale):main_thumbsup:
