I just hatched my first leopard gecko. Pairing was from a male mack snow eclipse het RAPTOR, the female is a RAPTOR.
From what I've noticed, the baby have white body with black bands, solid black eyes but with red slit in the middle. Why is it like that?

I'd love to see a picture. :)

You probably already know that is might have red eyes if the "het raptor" daddy passed down a recessive albino gene .....to match the recessive albino gene it got from RAPTOR momma.

From your description it sounds like the baby is a Mack Eclipse (which would also be 100% het RAPTOR). It has solid black eyes from the Eclipse gene and in the right like a fully eclipsed (black) eye will have a red pupil. It has something to do with the reflection of light into the back of the eye if I'm not mistaken. I have produced several since two of the morphs I work with the most are Eclipse and Mack Snow.
