The reason we require you to contact us within 1 hour is because some people place and order knowing they will still be at work. Mean while the package is left exposed to the extreme heat all day. Shipping charges do apply to all replacement orders. Live Guarantee is void if the package is not signed for and accepted on the first delivery attempt. When the temperature is above 90F we cannot offer live guarantee and recommend using overnight as the shipping method.
