Bleeding Toes After Shedding

I am a little concerned. My Leo is 2 years old. I've had her over a year and she never had any issues shedding until about 4 months ago. The last 3 out of 4 times she has had some sort of issue. Last time she got some shed stuck on her nose and toes, but I helped work it off before she had any other problems.

She just got done shedding tonight and had a very little bit of skin stuck on 2 toes. I'm not sure why she is having shedding issues all of a sudden. I got her out when she was done shedding tonight since she had skin stuck on toes last time to check. I helped get the skin off those 2 toes, but I also noticed a couple toes were bleeding. Could this be because she was using her feet to try to pull off the shed and tore a nail or two?

What can I do to help her? Nothing has changed over the last year except her shedding issues these past few months and the cold weather outside (still warm in her tank). Do I need to put anything on the toes or watch for anything? I put down papertowel so she wouldn't catch her nails on anything and try to to help reduce infection.

There was not a lot of bleeding, but I want to know what to do if I need to put anything on them or if I need to do anything before she sheds next time so this won't happen again.

the humidity is probably to low

my albino girl just shed as well and i noticed that she was quit agressive in getting the skin off her toes to the point that she did draw some blood from one toe! she spend alot of time in her humid hide while in shed and i bump the humidity up a bit when she is actualy shedding. usually the shed just pulls off like a glove but sometimes it tares off at her wrists then she pulls the rest off by putting her toes in her mouth and pulls it off that way!

you could put a small amount of neosporin in the toes but only a very small amount!

That might be it. The humidity does seem to be lower in the winter when it's cold outside (as it has been the last few months). Any recommendations to keeping the humidity up? I was thinking maybe a humidifier next to her tank? Spraying her tank only keeps up the humidity for 10 minutes or so.
