Bleeding/Weeping Nail?

So I checked up on Auska today, as usual, and it seems that overnight she did something to her toe?
It looks like it's bleeding, but she doesn't react when i touch it so i assume its not causing her pain. Could she have torn her nail on something?

It's actually red with black 'scabby' buildup. She's never had stuck shed on her toes (to my knowledge, at least she hasn't since I've had her) so I don't know if that's even a possibility.

I was just throwing something out there, I cant see it that well in the pic. Its possible she did hurt it

Is it actually still bleeding/weeping liquid? It'd put some Styptic powder on it if it is. It does look either bruised or cut in the picture.
