Blizzard with solid black eyes

Is this an expression of eclipse? Super snows with solid eyes are not, and the seller I got him from is not sure. I'm inclined to think yes but want to be sure, I've ready conflicting evidence. Everything on the interwebs is apparently not true

Blizzards can have snake eyes or solid eyes without having the eclipse gene. Its like solid eyes in super snows. So no, this is not proof of eclipse.
