Bloated- but very hungry!

I just realized how bloated my leopard gecko, Zoey is. (She's missing most of her tail so it's been hard to keep an eye on her weight). Back story: September she stopped eating and I was force feeding her carnivore care and doing belly soaks. She was suspected of having an eye infection due to stuck skin so she was treated with antibiotics. After about a month of this, she finally started eating. She only eats Hornworms but about 2 weeks ago the reptile store was out of them and I bought Wax Worms. She loved them! And because she has been constantly begging for food and I've been so happy she's been eating, I didn't realize how bloated she was getting. There's some fecal matter in the tank but not a lot. I tried to pick her up and she keeps chirping at me. She can't seem to get comfortable but keeps going to her food dish. I did a warm soak and tried to rub her belly in case she is impacted. I even bought some Mineral Oil. I'm going to try to sleep for a few hours and call the vet tomorrow. But if anyone has anything to add, I'll appreciate it. I'm sure I won't be sleeping much. If she's impacted would she be acting starving? Or could this be an intestinal parasite? :(

I moved this out of general site questions.

There could be a number of things wrong, so a vet might be the best thing right now. What are your temps like? Do you know if the infection was gone after she finished the antibiotics? Is your gecko an adult? Most adults slow down on eating, especially with winter coming. Females will also go off food when ovulating. She could lay eggs even if she wasn't with a male. Can you get some picture of her stomach?
