Your temps seem a bit low, but they need to be measured with a probe thermometer on the ground or an infrared temp gun. The dials are not very accurate and they usually measure air temp, not surface temp. Temps should be more like 88-92 on the warm side. Lower temps can lead to food being improperly digested but the blood would still worry me. Have you checked him/her over well to make sure there are no external wounds? If there aren't it would scare me enough to get my gecko to the vet. Blood of any kind usually does that to me, especially if it comes from inside where I can't see the wound.

ive since raised the temps, thanks. and for a few days i was forced to turn off the heattape because i was lacking a temperature controlling device (the rack is a rather new acessory) and i had burnt a tubs bottom out ;n;

but yeah, i sold some of my art and got like $150 for a vet visit im gonna call up and schedual for tommorow...$150 would cover it yeah?

Depends on what's wrong. If it's something obvious that the vet knows how to fix immediately it will be cheaper than if he needs to do tests to find out the root of the problem.

My vet charges a very high $60 for an office visit but once you're there he includes almost everything he does in the price and I've never had a bill over $125 (that included shots and 2 kinds of eye drops). There are vets out there that nickle and dime you for every procedure (I once had a vet charge me an extra $30 for an "ear exam" on my dog when I assumed looking at his ears was part of a normal checkup!) but in my experience most vets that specialize in exotics don't seem to do this.

the lady wouldnt give me a actual price (and they dont accept billing either -_-) though she could tell me visit and stool analysis would be $130 minimum >>
