blue on leos?

just curious it seems like alot of leopard geckos have blue coloration around there eyes on the top of their head... i was wondering why is it blue? is it in their genes? if so would it be at all possible to start trying to breed an AQUA leo? just curios thx, dillan

There skin is thin so you can see there eyes through the skin

Not to rain on anybody's parade but you have to consider the lighting and quality of the pictures...I highly doubt those leos are actually blue. I believe there are many people attempting a blue leo but as far as I know there has been no success yet.
