Hi there. Sorry to hear you're having a little issue with your gecko. If you could take a moment to fill out our care questionaire it would greatly help the membership get a better idea of your husbandry and what could be causing your probems.

About your leo:
- Sex
- Age & Weight
- Morph (if you know it)
- How long have you owned your leo
- Where was he/she obtained (ex. Pet store, breeder, wild caught, friend)

A) Health/History
- How often do you handle your leo
- Is your leo acting any different today? If so how does he/she normally act which differs from now.
- Has he/she had any problems in the past, if so please describe.
B) Fecals
- Describe (look any different than normal)
- When was the last time he/she went
C) Problem
- Please briefly descrive the problem and how long it has been going on

Housing:
A) Enclosure
- Size
- Type (ex. glass tank)
- Type of substrate
- Hides, how many, what kind
B) Heating
- Heat source
- Cage temps (hot side, cool side)
- Method of regulating heat source
- What are you using to measure your temps
- Do you have any lights (describe)
C) Cage mates
- How many (males, females)
- Describe health, or previous problems

Describe Diet:
A) Typical diet
- What you're feeding (how often, how much)
- How are you feeding (hand fed, left in dish, ect)
B) Supplements (describe how often)
- What vitamin/minerals are you using (list brands)
- What are you gut loading food with

- Female
- 1 year/51 grams
- SHTCTB
- 7 months
- Petco

A) Health/History
- Once a day
- She acts the same
- No problems
B)
- Normal
- Yesterday
C) Problem
- She has a Bright blue spot on her belly. I just noticed it yesterday
Housing:
A) Enclosure
- 10 gallon
- Glass
- Paper towel
- 3 hides..... Warm cool and humid
B) Heating
- Heat pad
- The hot side is about 91 degrees
- ???
- Digital thermometer
- I have an extra heat lamp in case it gets too col
C) Cage mates
- She is alone

Describe Diet:
A) Mealies and crickets
- I have a mealworm dish in her cage and I put about 10 mealworms in there in the morning. Sometimes I put in some crickets or waxworms
- Dish
B) Supplements (describe how often)
- Reptivite and reptical
- Insect Gut load
I do calcium every other day and she has A calcium dish in her cage at all times that has no D3
