blue tongue skink care?

i am thinking about getting a blue tongue skink after seeing your guys'.but i dont know how to care for them.i know the get pretty big so can you guys post how to care for them and tank size and how big they get and stuff like that.thanks in advance.

We had a BTS handed over to us about a year ago and I was refered to http://www.bluetongueskinks.net/
This website is awesome! I covers everything you ever needed to know and stuff you'd never think about.

My guy is in a 55 gallon with a think layer of large aspen bedding. A couple hides, some fake plants and a waterdish. He has a basking light and a UV light. Really basic set up. He is a bit bitey, but once he's out he's good. He also like to be handfed chicken, scrambled eggs and raspberries.

Hopefully one of the more seasoned keepers can give you a bit more personal insight into keeping a BTS. They are really neat lizards!
