I have two females in the same tank who have never posed a problem. But all of the sudden they both stop eating on the same day. Neither of them have eaten since Sunday and they just reject whatever I put in the tank.

How big are they? If they are adults over 45g I would weigh them weekly and give them a week or two. They could just be starting to ovulate. 4 days of not eating is not much for healthy adult geckos. If they start losing more than a few grams of weight or fast for more than a month I would start to worry.

It's very likely they are ovulating, as we're in middle of the breeding season. Female leopard geckos go through this every year once they reach adulthood. It does tend to scary you initially, I know I was worried sick the first time I experienced it.

If you want to be sure, look at their belly. Ovulation will show up as little pink dots or round circles on their belly. It's entirely normal for them to not eat until they either get hungry enough, or they stop ovulating. Although since you have two geckos in the same tank, you have to observe to make sure they are not fighting. Geckos that are stressed out would often stop eating as well. But chances are, they are just ovulating as this is that time of the year.
