box holes?

I recently built hatchling rack. I am curious what size airholes I need to drill into my 6qt boxes


Currently, I drilled in 12 holes total using a 3/36 drill bit. Are these too small?

also if everyone is going to suggest them being larger, am i going to have a problem with cracking?:main_huh:

I put in about 24 holes per long side and I use a soldering iron. The holes are about 5/32 ". I use 6 qt and 15 qt tubs. The bigger the tub, the more holes.

sweet dude thanks, so you think I should get a bigger drill bit? 5/32 perhaps?

I would suggest a bigger bit or twice as many holes.
