Even though you have a breeding question, I moved this to morphs.

Basic things like breeding age and morphs should be known well before you even think about breeding. You can't just put two geckos together to breed. Genetics must be known. We can look at a gecko and guess the morph, but unless you know the full genetics behind it (both parents) it will always just be a guess. Most geckos are het for one of the albino strains. Without knowing which one, you should not breed that gecko. Albino strains are not compatible.

I made a sticky post above with a link to GeckoBoa's genetics page. It's a great learning tool to get you started. There is also a post called Muddy Waters that is a very good read.

Your gecko above may be a hypo or hypo tangerine. I can't say for sure though. You'll know more as it ages, but it will most likely be het for at least one thing that you don't know about.

Once you figure out all the basics, I suggest buying a pair of compatible geckos from a well known breeder who keeps track of genetics. You don't have to spend a lot to do this.
