Breeding agressive females.

I want to know how do you do with your agressive females.
You put the couple together a few days? Or put they together, wait for breeding and if they doesn't breed pick up the female?

by aggressive do you mean that when you introduce, the females fights and becomes mean towards the male? Cause if so, that probably means she's not ovulating, and is not ready to mate.
