I know this is normal as is with other breeding reptiles...since this is my first season with leos, i just wanna make sure i'm doing things right. I have young male that started the season at 48 grams, and is now 44 and looking a bit thin. I keep my males housed alone, and when a female is ovulating, i introduce into the males cage for 24 hours, then remove. The male in question just hasn't seemed to be eating or defacating at all. I keep a dish of meal worms in there all the time, and offer crickets a couple times a week, just no interest. I have a few more females i want to breed with him, but also don't want him to wither away to much. What would you all recommend?

How long has this been going on for? Has anything else changed (temps etc) or is he beginning to shed? Check things like temperatures in the first instance.

He bred his first female Dec 30th. Temps are a steady 90 deg on the hot side, and 82 on the cool side. His set up hasn't changed at all, just wants to breed and not eat.

I would leave him alone for a month or 2 letting him gain some weight before breding him again.
