Hi all
Just getting back into the gecko game after a few years and am astounded by all the new morphs.
Im looking at buying a few juvis but am a little overwhelmed and confused as what to expect from future breedings. These are what i was thinking of putting together.....some please if you guys could help me with what to expect regarding percentages ect it would be greatly appreciated

1.patternless het rainwater albino and blizzard male to a electric yellow blizzard female
2.TUG sunglow male to a bell sunglow female
3.tangerine halloween mask het radar to tangerine halloween mask het radar
Are these the best combos?
Thanks in advance

This site is super awesome tool: Reptile Calculator

Combo 1: I would want to be 100% sure your female electric blizzard could not possibly have a hidden het for Bell or Tremper. If you're sure you would get 50% Blizzards and 50% normals that are het for blizzard that are all het for patternless and 50% posible het for rainwater albino.

Combo 2: I would make 100% sure your male is a Bell sunglow and not Tremper. if he's Bell you would get 100% Bell sunglows. If he's Tremper you would get 100% normals that are het for Bell and Tremper (which is a big faux pas in the world of leos).

Combo 3: You would have a 25% chance to get a Bell, 25% chance to get an eclipse, 6.25% chance to get a RADAR and all would have a variety of tangerine color and Halloween masking (not sure they can technically be called Halloween masks if they've been crossed with a RADAR though?) and those that are not albino or eclipse would be 66% possible het for both traits.

The third combo sounds best to me if you're unsure about the albino strains or hets of the other pairs.

So due to my tangerine halloween mask het radars both being females,i now am thinking of putting my TUG sunglow male to these two females.....what could i expect out of those pairings?
thanks

Is your Sunglow a Bell sunglow? If not you'll get all normals that are double het for two strains for albino (something frowned upon by breeders). If the sunglow is Bell you'll get 50% Bell albinos and 50% normals that are possibly het for eclipse. They will all have a variety of spotting. In general, hypo (one of the genes a sunglow has) washes out dark markings like the Halloween mask when it is present so combining the two may be a step backward depending on your breeding goals.
