If they are both proven to be Het Rainwater, you will get 50% Hets, 25% Normals, 25% Rainwaters.

50% het means there is only a 50% chance that the animal is in fact het for albino. You would have to prove them out. Look for 100% hets or proven hets. good luck!

Actually you get 75% chance of "normal", and 25% albino. The normals are all considered "66% possible hets", because you cannot tell which ones are hets.

You only get "50% hets" when one parent is heterozygous.
