Bubbled pits

Has anyone ever seen leos with bubbled pits and if so what is it? Is that something to worry about? Is that a sign of bein obise? Cant find much info about it and just wondering if its normal?

nothing to worry about, excess calcium storage. Cut down on the calcium a little.

really? well i have a dish for calcium that i leave in the cage. Should i take it out every other day or something? Never heard that. First thing i thought was fat!
