Bubbles inside my LG

As i was cleaning my leopard geckos, i noticed that 1 of them has these huge bubble inside his body. It is on his left arm. Im wondering what this is, and what causes this bubble inside her.

It could be some kind of fat deposit, or it could be the symptom of a disease. In any case I would say bring it to the vet ASAP.
