Buy or build?

What's everybodys opinons on whether it's better to buy or build a rack system? I guess it would depend on the quality of the rack that you build, but let's say its high quality.

I also depends on the amount of time and money you have, LOL!!! Usually, a home-made rack is cheaper, but now there are quite a few reputable companies making excellent racks for fairly good prices.
