I have a lid in her tub about the size of a milk jug lid full of calcium 0%D3 (clear lid) with some vitamens in it. Should I use the lid that I feed her mealworms in (blue lid) also have it half ful of calcium and have the mealworms on top of the calcium? it is a big lid about 3" in diameter and a half an inch tall.

I think what you have going on is just fine, looks very similar to some of our bins. You could put the calcium in the bottom of the mealie dish, but I personally prefer the calcium to be seperate. It's up to you :)

I don't use calcium dish or vitamin dish, I think if humidity is high, then calcium and vitamin are going bad very quickly. And you should avoid mixing calcium with multi-vitamins, because that mixture will become something else.
You should dust mealworms with different supplement on different feeding schedule, that is better than having supplement in your cage.
