calcium/vitamin suppliments?

any particular brands i should use? also how often should i use them? now that froto (my fat tail) is starting to eat more what are the best brands.

Leaving a bowl a calicum without vitamin in the vivarium + once a week, dust the food with calicum/vitamine.

For vitamine, look for D3 vitamine presence.

I put a little vinoate in the bottom of the dish then the mealies the a mix of osteo form and mineral O on top. Plus a dish of pure calcium separate.
