Calcium with and without D3.

What brand? With or without D3?
I use both Rep-Cal with and without D3.

How often should I dust?
You should dust the insects in calcium with D3 once or twice a week.

Which calcium should I dust the mealworms in with or without D3?
You should dust the insects in calcium with D3.

Also what calcium should I leave in the calcium bowl?
You have to leave a dish of calcium without D3 in the bowl.

One more thing what vitamins should I feed it?
I recommend Herptivite. I dust with it once a week.

I have heard of a product called Repashy. It's a all-in-one supplement. I believe if you dust with this, you don't need anything else.

There are a few ways to supplement, I'll list a couple of popular ways.

First it's to use Repashy Calcium Plus, it's an all-in-one that you dust. Some dust every day, I prefer dusting every other day. With this product you won't need additional calcium supplement in the tank.

Second way is to leave a bottlecap/dish of pure phosphorous-free calcium without D3 in the tank. Then purchase a multivitamin supplement with D3, like zoo med reptivite w/ D3, rep-cal herptivite w/ D3, or repashy calcium plus. Use the multivitamin supplement to dust your feeders with 2-3x a week.

Both methods will do just fine. The second method is useful for growing juveniles, recovering sick geckos, and female breeders that can always use extra supplement during the breeding season.

I second Repashy Superfoods Calcium Plus for Leopard Geckos. If you use this at every feeding there is no need for additional supplements or calcium in the cage. There is always some in my mealworm dish and my leo will take it right out of the dish if he feels like he needs extra nutrition. Make sure to gutload your crickets and mealworms! I use Fluker's High Calcium Cricket Diet and the Fluker's Gel Water for both crickets and mealworms. :)
