Sorry for all the recent posts lately but I'm just wondering is it bad/can it blind a leo if you take a picture with the flash on? I was taking a picture of him and I didn't realize the flash was on and I hope i didn't blind him or anything. I don't think that he is albino (90% sure). I think I'm just a worry wart.

I am forever photographing my gecko and did the same thing once. I felt awful, but she seemed fine, her pupils obviously expanded because of the bright light but she didnt seem stressed. She actually came out of the tank afterwards. I always check now just n case!! If we are worrywarts its because we care!:)

Darn tooten! I've been so over stressed about making sure my little guy has the best care possible it's driving my mom nuts, lol. She keeps saying I'm obsessed but you know what, it just means I love him and I don't want anything to happen to my Merlin! That's a good question though about flash photography. I think I heard somewhere that some zoos will ask you not to have flash's on when you're in the aquarium or reptile habitats but I'm not positive on that. I've been using my iPod or phone without flashes to take pictures of Merlin for now.
