Sorry, I haven't been around in forever. Busy with life!
I have had some time, though, to be successful in getting some crickets to breed. I've had two batches now of babies.
Problem is, I can't get the darn things to grow. There's some babies around 7 weeks old that are still less than 1/4 inch long.
I'm feeding them tropical fish flakes right off the bat. I'm thinking maybe it's temperature? I keep them in the basement where it's 60-65' F. I added a light yesterday.
All the babies are under 1/2 inch, and most are very small... less than 1/4 inch. They range in age from 5 to 7 weeks.
Has anyone here bred them and have any idea what I'm doing wrong? :main_huh:
