can eggs hatch if they are layed in water?

Last night my female layed two eggs in her water bowl. Luckily it was only about have full so the eggs weren't fully submerged. When I saw them today she was still siting in the bowl so I think she layed them right before I found them. Thank you for reading.

They can still hatch. When you set them up in your hatch medium, make it much dryer than normal (about half the normal amount). This should give them the best chance.

+1 for them being able to hatch. I may depend on how long they were in the water but I would incubate regardless. You juts never know! Good luck!

yes they can hatch. use slightly less water in incubation substrate. also ron tremper did a video about this. its on youtube if you want to check it out.
