Can I put multiple containers in a box?

Ok I have someone who purchased 3 geckos. My geckos are approximately 75-85 grams each. I have 12x9x6 boxes with 1/2 inch styrofoam. With 32oz 6.75x2.0 containers. Can I stack two containers on top of each other in the box? Also can I put two of the geckos in the same container during shipping?

I've placed several geckos in a shipping box before...not a problem there. As long as none of them are too close to the cool pac, I wouldn't be too concerned. I don't think its a good idea to house multiple animals in the same container though...
