Well for some odd reason, my girlfriend had to keep and observe 4 crickets for a class, 2 males 2 females. Now there are only 3, one male is missing. Would they injur and then eat one of thier own?

Ive already been accused of feeding it to the geckos, Im innocent I swear:D but as for the other three...

They are cannibalistic for sure. There is usually something left uneaten, maybe not all of the time though. I do not keep crickets anymore, and get them every once in a while, so would not be able to say for sure. Could`nt it have escaped?

It could have escaped when she was cleaning, but we haven't heard it anywhere.

Escapees are always fun, we've got a "wild" tokay at our house that somehow lives inside the bathroom cabinetry and likes to scare us to death on the off nights we're up late while he's out prowling. Nothing quite wakes you up so fast as a warning bark from a tokay as you're lowering your bared hind end towards a toilet seat!
