Canon Rebel XS or XSI

I have a serious dilemma, tomorrow being Boxing Day which is the equivalent to black Friday I am going camera shopping. I was wondering what people thought should I buy the Canon Rebel XSi or the XS with upgraded lens. The difference is $200-$250 and the features difference are things I am unsure what they are so I assume I wouldn't use a lot of them anyways, But with the difference in price I could upgrade the lens. So what would you do? the Canon Rebel XSI or Canon Rebel XS with upgraded lens. Also the camera would be used mostly for pictures of leos if that helps.

XSI is a way better camera, and you can always save up to upgrade lenses later. A body is something you commit to for a while.
