Captive Creations falling apart?

It's about time I told you guys why I haven't been online in the forums as of late. Well, as of right now me and Ed split up, and he has possession of all my reptiles except 1 gargoyle and 1 crested. He has possession of my two pairs of beardeds, my 40-50+ leos, and all my other "extras" that don't really fit in.

We haven't talked about splitting up the business animals yet, seeing as this split was meant to be temporary. From the roller coaster ride of emotions he has been putting me on lately, I really want to go and collect whats mine and he can keep the company name Captive Creations.

I may need some help from more local people, in helping me build some racks and an incubator. If anyone would be willing to lend me a hand, I will pay some labor costs(and obviously all supply costs), but I am fighting this one on my own so be nice

I am toying around with ideas for a new name, and wanted to keep it gecko related more so. However, I will be mainly into geckos, I do believe I will miss the snakes FAR too much and will end up getting a small project of those going as well.

Oh and this does make me single. So anyone seeking a short, 21 year old...:main_rolleyes: Just kidding. Hahaha.

Sorry to hear that Desire'. If you need ANY aquariums, or if they could help out, even in the short term, let me know and I'll get you a list of what I've got. I might be able to set you up with a 21-box blanket box rack, but I'm not sure if I can get it up the stairs. (I have a bunch of stuff that has got to go away anyway)

It's been a rough battle, and I miss my leos like none other. It's simply heartbreaking from going practically married to this man to nothing to him what so ever. My good friends have been keeping me moving non stop, and I can only thank them for that. I would have definatly broke down long time ago if it wasn't for their help.

As far as what I need help with is I have never build a rack nor do I have the handy skills to do so. So i'd be willing to pay a friend to help me get one built. If you've got used racks to sell, I would love to purchase them if your in driving distance. (Ie, Madison, Chicago IL, Eau Claire or even further, just ask) As I was kinda left high and dry. I don't currently have an incubator or thermostat either, but I will be getting a hovabator tmw, and seeing if I can get a "tie me-over" thermostat at cost from my store.

I'm set on Leos for now I think I'm actually hurting on space right now. Seeing as most of the housing units are equal in cost between me and Ed, we are going to split them 50/50. Problem is, Leos are in more abundance than snakes!

What Second-hand Racks I -really- need are:
4/6qts hatchling racks
12 qt racks
28 qt sweater box rack (just one, I think will do)

So basically, all the sizes. I would perfer them to be the expanded pvc, or the pvc rather than melamine but I won't be picky in the time of need

I may make the trip Saturday to see you guys, I know seeing some of you will really cheer me up.

Wow, so sorry to hear about all this Desire'. I knew something had to be up, but I didn't know what. If there's anything I can do from here in Ohio to help, just let me know...I'm always here, even if you just need someone to talk to.

hey Desire, i know that i have not been a huge contributor to this site or anything but i travel to madison from hartland everyday and i use my little ranger for the driving. big bend is not all that far for me to travel to so if you need help picking up stuff from paul i could help. just let me know.

Sorry to hear about it Desire. If I wasn't all the way across the country I'd be ripping through manuels to learn how to build racks and whatever else you needed. In the end I'd have a bruised thumb and a half built rack.... but it's the thought that counts right?
