Cause of Death....

I finally got the report on cause of death for Spanky, and I wish I could bring him back right now just so I can kill him myself.

Cause of Death, was in laymens terms, severe cardiac arrest due to diabetes.

For 5 years this man faught with me about his diabetes that he claimed he didn't have (after his doctor told him he did), that went untreated and ultimately killed him.

Thanks guys. I was just hoping it would have been just a heart attack and not caused by the sugar. At least it would have been something that ran in his family and something he may not have been able to control. This just pisses me off knowing he could have done something about it.

Felicia, it is human nature to be in denial about our health. (Right, Paul?... and me too, for smoking) If Spanky had diabetes, and knew the consequences of his choices, then I guess the only thing I can say is that he lived the way HE wanted to. Unfortunately, our choices are many times selfish when we don't consider the consequences to those who love us.
