Changing egg crate for roaches

How often do you end up changing the egg crate in your roach bins?

I was able to buy some locally, timberline fisheries is about 20 minutes away, but I had to buy a case which was 140. It was much cheaper than buying them over the internet.

I change them out every time I clean their bin and seperate out the nymphs, which is once every 2 months.
