Cheap IR gun?

Does anyone have any experience with these cheap IR temp guns?

They supposedly have a +-2% accuracy, but I would like to hear from someone else who has bought one of these 20$ temp guns.

I have a $30 one from Harbor Freight Tools that works well.

I wish I knew as well... Had my eye on this one, but some of the product reviews make me believe I shouldn't waste my time.

That looks exactly the same as the ebay one, with the same ranges. The reviews seem pretty good.

Yeah, most of the reviews are really good. I would hate to get one of the faulty ones that shut off or had an error over 10 degrees F though. I guess that's a risk you take with any purchase though.
