I have a bell that chirps. I've read that some people have noticed the macks make a strange sound like a chirp, not the normal sound a leo would normally make. Has anyone noticed this in any of their bells or other morphs?

My male patty does make chirping style noises but only when he's spooked or when he can see the female patty. My female used to make barking sounds before the male moved in.

I haven't noticed the Leos doing it yet because they are in another room, but I used to have Tokay gecko when I was younger that would scare the crap outta you in the middle of night with that little devil music they like to sing, thats freaky.

All of ours will chirp if they don't want to be held. A few chirp at night though.. I agree I don't think it's morphs but individual personality. It may also be a mating call if the opposite sex in nearby.. Just a thought..

Not much ;) Let's just say that my adult females were 1/8th the price I have seen them selling for.

Edit, the breeder called them "Xantic" though, so my ID may be wrong geneticly.
