Chunk missing on nose

Hi all, just the other day I discovered one of my leo's nose looked a bit red. She had just shed in full prior to her nose starting to look raw. She had a bit of shed stuck on her nose but I removed it soon as I noticed it. I did a little research and most suggested that it would heal back up. So, I decided not to do anything and just keep an eye on it. Today, it appears that a chunk is missing from her nose and it looks pretty bad. I'm not sure what happened, whether she injured herself in her tank, crickets clawed at her, etc. If anyone has experience something like this or his any ideas please let me know. Below I will attach a picture of her enclosure and her nose as of now.

If you can, it wouldn't hurt to get her to a vet. That said, if it starts healing nicely with no signs of infection or pus, you should be fine. (Fingers crossed). I had a leopard gecko injure her tail. I never quite figured out whether she'd been attacked by her sister or got it caught on/under something and cut herself. I moved her to a separate tank with less (safer) decor and no sister, and she healed without incident or repeat. I would watch her behavior to see if you can ID the cause of the injury over the next few months. I know that with some species, nose injuries like that happen from them being stressed and rubbing/banging their snouts into the glass. I've never heard of that with a leopard gecko, though. Watch her, watch how it heals, and keep an eye out for anything sharp in the enclosure.

I just had one of my females do this the other day. She got a bit of shed skin stuck on her eye, and I'm guessing she freaked out trying to rub it off and managed to put a deep gouge in her nose.

I'm going to put a bit of antibiotic ointment on it daily and watch for infection or complications.
