Cleaning tank weekly with vinegar? ?

Unfortunately we got apple cider vinegar not plain vinegar if I dilute it with some water can I use it to clean his cage? Because sometimes his poop or calcium powder gets on the cage and I wana clean it good so is that okay? Or should I just use antibacterial soap with water?

Chlorohexadine (sp??) is what was recommended to me for good safe cleaning. I have no longterm experience with it so I really can't vouch for it just yet.
