Hello, my gecko currently has cloudy eyes too. I took him to the vet as soon as I noticed. The vet put him on Fortaz shots every 3 days and gave me special eye drops for him.
I would not recommend trying to treat this yourself, I am having a difficult time trying to treat mine with vet help. Also I would not recommend using the turtle eye drops on any animal (even turtles). Good luck I hope your gecko gets better.
