Color change

Yesterday, I lifted Tippy's warm hide and she was dark purple. The regen tip of her tail was even darker then her body. I think I read on here awhile back that it's normal for Blizzards to darken or lighten depending on temp. Is that correct? I swear I tried to search but didnt find what I was looking for .

It kind of took me for surprise at first haha. And she was looking up at me like "what the heck are you staring at?" lol



Also, if this is correct...are Blizzards the only type that do this?

I don't have any Blizzards, but I know that they do change colors a lot.. we have some Mack Snow Patties (look just like Blizzards) and they darken and lighten up all of the time. They are actually usually pink but can get as dark as brown :main_yes:

So yeah, I'd say it's pretty normal

My blazzing blizard changes all the time sometimes dark I'll take her out and she'll lighten up or viceversa. depends on temp and mood.
