Color Changing

Someone asked me about thei gecko being darker one day and then lighter the next, not like shedding tho because he knows what that looks like, and i didnt have an answer for him. I thought it might have to do with his mood but was not shur. Advice?

Temps could affect color

This, if a gecko is colder the temps darken. Usually happens if they spend awhile in their cold hide. Once they go back to the warm side their color brightens up again. I can notice this much more on my Hypo tang then on my tremper. Seems to be more prominent if the gecko already has some dark coloration.

It is normal, nothing to afraid about. I notice that sometimes they have brighter colors when they are angry, disstresed or when I feed them.
