Compatability Question

Hi all,
I am starting a 29 gallon leopard gecko tank. I had been planning on getting 3 females in the tank, but have recently been advised to start with one because of compatability issues. However then I read of a group of juveniles grow up together they will be more compatible. What should I do?

If you want multiple leos, my suggestion is that you should have enough full set ups that should you need to separate them, you can do so immediately.

I will start with one then. Maybe later on down the road I will try to add some more.

Also, is a glass aquarium top okay for a gecko or is a screen top better?

The tank needs ventilation so those metal screen tops petsmart sells would be good.
