Concern

I picked up one of my female geckos today and i noticed a bubble, for lack of a better word, behind both of her front legs. Neither my roommate or I are sure of what it is and I was wondering if any of you may know. None of our other geckos has them and this one shares a tank with 2 other females so I am concerned, Any ideas?
